Property owners may be eligible for discounts in some of the restaurants & businesses within Sea Pines.
Simply show your Sea Pines ID when ordering.

Mulch & Flowers
CSA's Maintenance Department processes over 6,000 tons of mulch annually and that mulch is available to Sea Pines property owners. Mulch can be ordered by the half and full truckload and is delivered on Thursday mornings.
Also, during semi-annual flower rotation, removed flowers are available for homeowners to pickup.

ID Benefits
Sea Pines Property Owner ID cards are used to gain access through the security gates. They also act as a fishing license inside Sea Pines, provide access to two swimming pools inside of Sea Pines and allow property owners to receive discounts on dining, golf and tennis from Sea Pines Resort.
Critters
The Sea Pines Security Department offers a free nuisance animal removal service to Sea Pines Property Owners. They employ a full time Wildlife Officer to assist Property Owners with these matters.

The Sea Pines Security Department offers a free absentee owner home check service to Sea Pines Property Owners that leave their homes for several days up to a few months.
Security officers will perform door checks and exterior inspections of your property while you are away.
