With nearly 1,000 property owners, the Club Course community is the largest private community in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. In addition to the large number of individual property owners, it is also the home of the Sea Pines Country Club.

The Sea Pines Property Owners Association and The Advisory Board represent residential property owners in Sea Pines. Incorporated in 1973 and nearly 50 years old and have over 3500 members.

While Sea Pines POA is the only nonprofit association, validated by the Sea Pines Covenants, and dedicated exclusively to advocating for and protecting property owner rights and privileges, membership is voluntary.

Club Course residents are encouraged to contact members of the Board with any concerns
about security or maintenance that they wish communicate with Sea Pines POA & CSA.

The CCPOA Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer members of the community.
The Board meets periodically throughout the year. The entire community meets for an annual membership meeting and social gathering annually.
